I'm Krista, a certified personal trainer, passionate about helping people develop a fitness routine and sparking motivation.

I grew up playing basketball and always loved being active. My journey in the fitness industry began in 2021, when I started as an intern leading HIIT-style bootcamps. From there, I branched into 1:1 personal training, working with people of all age ranges.

 

I fell in love with the connections I built and the genuine happiness I saw in clients as they developed sustainable, healthy relationships with exercise and nutrition. Whether you're starting your fitness journey or looking to elevate your routine, I'm here to help you!
